Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, carpets and flooring are cut and prepared specifically to your requirements. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on goods once they have been cut, fitted or collected.

We strongly recommend checking all measurements, colours and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, our team is always happy to assist with advice prior to purchase.

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
